Account Information Full name, email address, password (encrypted), saved addresses, wishlist and purchase history.


Order Information Billing address, shipping address, phone number, VAT number (when provided), order details and order history.


Payment Information Payments are securely processed by the payment service providers integrated into our website (including Wix Payments and PayPal). Depending on your chosen method, you may pay by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, MB WAY, Multibanco or PayPal. We do not store or have access to your complete payment card details.


Contact Information When you contact us using our contact form or by email, we collect your name, email address and the content of your message.


Newsletter If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and, where applicable, your marketing preferences.

11. Video Surveillance (Physical Store)


Our physical store in Mafra is equipped with a video surveillance system for the purpose of protecting people and property.


The presence of cameras is indicated by visible signage at the store entrance, as required by Portuguese law. Footage is kept for a maximum of 30 days, unless required for an ongoing investigation or legal proceedings, and is only disclosed to competent authorities where legally required.


12. Automated Decision-Making


We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.


13. Data Security


We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration and destruction.


Although we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.


14. Children's Privacy


Our website is not specifically directed towards children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without the consent required by applicable law.
